DrymaxX® - waterproof, windproof, breathable, tested.

At Halti, we design products for outdoor activities in a variety of weather conditions. Halti's DrymaxX® products are designed to perform in varying weather conditions and provide protection against rain and wind. The DrymaxX® material and carefully designed product details and structures support the functionality of waterproof and windproof outdoor jackets and pants , shoes , and accessories such as gloves.

DrymaxX® is Halti’s own membrane technology, introduced in 1995. Over the years, our collections have included a variety of DrymaxX® products for everyday outdoor activities as well as demanding sports such as cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. We also combine DrymaxX® materials with other fabrics, such as X-Stretch, to create comfortable hybrid products for various outdoor activities.

What is the structure of DrymaxX® products like?

DrymaxX® is a waterproof, windproof and breathable material suitable for use in changing weather conditions. The characteristics of the material vary according to the DrymaxX® classification. Our collection includes five different DrymaxX® categories designed for different activities and conditions.

The DrymaxX® membrane is combined with outer fabrics and/or linings depending on the intended use of the product. DrymaxX® products are designed and manufactured with structures intended to help prevent moisture from entering the garment. Unless otherwise stated, seams are protected with seam taping. Embroidery and label attachment points are taped from the inside, and pocket constructions, zippers and ventilation openings are designed to support weather protection.

In addition to clothing, the collection also includes DrymaxX® footwear and gloves.
