Halti delivers now to more than 230 countries and territories in association with XG Commerce. At the moment we do not ship to Russia.
What is XG Commerce?
XG Commerce is our international ecommerce partner, who allows us to be able to ship to more than 230 international destinations. You can choose among all countries and currencies to place your order.
How to make an order?
You can make an order by selecting the country, where you want the order to be delivered, and the selecting the currency, in which you want to pay your purchase.
Add your items normally to the shopping cart, and XG Commerce’s Checkout calculates and displays the order total in the EURO's. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. Only for DHL Express shipments will you be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax / VAT for your order within the international checkout. For standard shipments to non-EU regions, the recipient may be required to pay duty and taxes to have the order shipment released if the value of the order is above the minimum threshold of the Destination Country.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that XG Commerce supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. Only for DHL Express shipments will you be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the international checkout. For standard shipments to non-EU regions, the recipient may be required to pay duty and taxes to have the order shipment released if the value of the order is above the minimum threshold of the Destination Country.
How can I track my international order?
You can track the progress of standard international package(s) through here. Once the order arrives to the destination country the order can then additionally be tracked, for most countries, with the same tracking code through your local postal service to receive the most up to date status information of your order.
