Right to return the goods

We hope you enjoy your Halti products, but if you aren’t happy with your Halti product(s) or the fit is not right for you, you have the right to return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

We do not accept exchanges for different products or sizes, so if you need a different size, please return the original order, and place a new order in our store.

 

How can I return my Halti.com order?

If your order number starts with COM (for example COM01234)

  1. Pack your item(s) in the original order packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with product labels and tags attached. The original package can be used for returning the goods.
  2. You will find a return label in your original order. Attach the return label on the outside of the package and cover the original address label.
  3. Drop-off the return package at the service point of our logistics partner. The return is shipped with the same partner you chose for your original order. Find your nearest service points from the following links:

 

If your order number starts with IH (for example IH01234)

  1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Please email XG Commerce's customer service at customers@xtremglobal.co.uk to receive the returns label, once the returns label has been sent to you by XG Commerce, print it and attach it to your parcel, covering your address label.
  3. XG Commerce will provide you with further instructions, and by following the given instructions your return process will be seamless and more successful.

 

Refunds

Your order will be refunded to you using the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 30 days, including the time for the return package to arrive back at our warehouse.

Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. If your return parcel is lost during transport, Halti will not refund with out the proof of shipment / proof of postage.

 

Prerequisites for reimbursement

You need to return the goods back to us within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

We cannot offer refunds on underwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. The right to cancel does not apply to products that have been modified in accordance with the customer's wishes. If an order is returned, the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the order. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if all items included in the order are returned.

  1. The order has been canceled in accordance with the conditions of sale by returning the product or by notifying Halti Online Store in writing within 14 days after the receipt of the order;
  2. The product is unused;
  3. The product is in the same condition as it was when received by the buyer and all parts of the product are intact and the price tags are still attached;
  4. The product has been placed in the original package or a similar package.

 

The person returning the order is responsible for any damages during the return shipment.
