A well-chosen midlayer is one of the most important parts of a layering system, as it provides breathability and efficiently wicks moisture away from the skin. This helps regulate body temperature and keeps you comfortable in all weather conditions.

In colder weather, a warm midlayer jacket or fleece works exceptionally well as an insulating layer beneath a shell jacket. In milder conditions, it can also be worn on its own as a lightweight outer layer.

For running and training, we recommend a lightweight technical shirt that dries quickly and effectively manages moisture. In colder conditions, a warm merino wool top is an excellent choice, while soft cotton shirts are ideal for everyday wear and leisure.
