A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will send a gift card to your email and it is valid only on Halti.com online store. You can print a gift card or send it to your friend by email. A gift card can not be combined with promo codes. 

Can I exchange a gift card for money?

Unfortunately, a gift card can not be exchanged for money.

It is possible to use a gift card part by part?

Yes, you can use the gift card partially. If you have 100€ in a gift card and want to purchase for 50€ so that amount of 50€ would be deducted and rest 50€ you can use later.

How a gift card is used?
