Description
Women's waterproof and lightweight walking shoes for various outdoor activities. These outdoor shoes are suitable for all-weather, year-round use. Moisture-wicking lining, together with the breathable, waterproof DrymaxX® membrane, keeps your feet dry even when the trails turn wet. The GripmaxX Antislip sole combines a grippy outsole with the good shock absorption of the Phylon midsole. Textile upper is made of recycled PET bottles.
Nappa leather and PU laminated leather shoes can be cleaned with a damp sponge and mild soap. Wipe off any soap residue thoroughly. After washing, it is advisable to grease or plank the nappa leather with a suitable product to maintain softness. PU coated leather should not be waxed or treated with plank.
If the shoes get wet, or after wash, dry them at room temperature or in a low temperature dryer cabinet, max. 40° degrees. Never dry on a radiator or in a hot sauna. Good air conditioning is desirable. Paper can be used inside the shoe, to absorb moisture.
Protect clean unused shoes with a suitable protective spray. First try in an inconspicuous spot to make sure that the material does not react to the spray. Follow instructions of the spray.
After use, brush/ wipe sand, mud and dust off the shoes, also from the inside. As the shoe dries, the dirt hardens and may break the surface material.
I bought the Fara Low 2 Dry,maxX outdoor shoe womens for dog walking and I can honestly say they are the worst shoes I have ever had for this purpose, they were sold as waterproof, well I wouldn't even call them shower proof, walking in dew wet grass my feet are sodden, a very expensive mistake.
