We would like to update you on how we are handling and preparing for the Covid-19 virus. Here, you'll find information about our operations, online stores and what we are doing to secure the health and safety of our customers and staff.

Online stores

Our online stores, and are open 24/7. Our online customer service functions normally. In our online stores our customers can select a home delivery.

Unfortunately, we may experience small delays in delivery.


Our warehouse provider PostNord is following the instructions and recommendations of the authorities and doing everything they can to safeguard their staff and the service. Unfortunately, we may expect small delays in the international deliveries.

Headquarters and staff

We have taken several actions to secure the wellbeing of our staff and their families and to bear our role in the fight against the spread of the virus. We don’t travel. We don’t invite customers to our headquarters, and we don’t visit other offices or events. We organize all our meetings online. We strongly recommend working from home whenever possible. When at the office, we strictly follow the instructions of our company, the Finnish institute of health and welfare (THL) and our occupational health organization.
