Description

Yukon is a lightweight, waterproof walking boot designed for harsh icy terrain and cold conditions. The upper is made from recycled softshell and features a mid-cut design with a DrymaxX® membrane and warm textile lining to keep your feet dry and warm throughout the day.

The Phylon midsole provides lightweight shock absorption, while the GripmaxX Spike 2 outsole delivers next-level grip with 16 embedded carbon steel spikes — perfect for icy and snowy surfaces. The Freelock lacing system replaces traditional laces for fast, secure adjustment that won’t loosen mid-hike.

• • Nappa leather and PU laminated leather shoes can be cleaned with a damp sponge and mild soap. Wipe off any soap residue thoroughly. After washing, it is advisable to grease or plank the nappa leather with a suitable product to maintain softness. PU coated leather should not be waxed or treated with plank.
  • If the shoes get wet, or after wash, dry them at room temperature or in a low temperature dryer cabinet, max. 40° degrees. Never dry on a radiator or in a hot sauna. Good air conditioning is desirable. Paper can be used inside the shoe, to absorb moisture.
  • Store in a dry place at room temperature.
  • Protect clean unused shoes with a suitable protective spray. First try in an inconspicuous spot to make sure that the material does not react to the spray. Follow instructions of the spray.
  • After use, brush/ wipe sand, mud and dust off the shoes, also from the inside. As the shoe dries, the dirt hardens and may break the surface material.
