Vire is a barefoot shoe designed for casual lifestyle, indoor use, and everyday walking. It follows barefoot principles, supporting natural movement with minimal structure and a comfortable, easy-to-wear design.

The shoe is built on a zero-drop, anatomically shaped last that allows natural toe splay and a balanced walking posture. The flat rubber barefoot outsole offers light protection while maintaining ground feel. Vire can be worn with or without the removable Comfort+ insole, letting you adjust cushioning to your preference.

The lightweight stretch flyknit sock upper fits closely around the foot like a sock, providing breathability and flexibility. A supportive heel structure helps keep the foot securely in place. The shoe is machine washable, making it practical for daily use.

• • If the shoes get wet, or after wash, dry them at room temperature or in a low temperature dryer cabinet, max. 40° degrees. Never dry on a radiator or in a hot sauna. Good air conditioning is desirable. Paper can be used inside the shoe, to absorb moisture.
  • Sofsthell and other textile shoes can be washed by hand in lukewarm water with mild soap. Please note that due to the multi-layer structure of DrymaxX shoes, they take a long time to dry and therefore washing should be avoided.
  • Protect clean unused shoes with a suitable protective spray. First try in an inconspicuous spot to make sure that the material does not react to the spray. Follow instructions of the spray.
  • After use, brush/ wipe sand, mud and dust off the shoes, also from the inside. As the shoe dries, the dirt hardens and may break the surface material.
