Kuru is a modern waterproof outdoor shoe designed for trekking, off-road use, and everyday adventure. The Michelin rubber outsole provides excellent traction on varied terrain, while the lightweight Phylon midsole offers shock absorption without added weight.

The shoe is constructed with a breathable mesh lining and DrymaxX® waterproof membrane in a sock-style design for improved fit and weather protection. The removable Ortholite® insole adds cushioning and support, while its anti-bacterial surface enhances long-wear comfort.

Kuru is styled on the Halti ComfortFit last and graded with a US sizing system for a precise and consistent fit. Rubber reinforcements at the toe and heel improve durability, and reflective details add visibility in low light.

• • Nappa leather and PU laminated leather shoes can be cleaned with a damp sponge and mild soap. Wipe off any soap residue thoroughly. After washing, it is advisable to grease or plank the nappa leather with a suitable product to maintain softness. PU coated leather should not be waxed or treated with plank.
  • If the shoes get wet, or after wash, dry them at room temperature or in a low temperature dryer cabinet, max. 40° degrees. Never dry on a radiator or in a hot sauna. Good air conditioning is desirable. Paper can be used inside the shoe, to absorb moisture.
  • Protect clean unused shoes with a suitable protective spray. First try in an inconspicuous spot to make sure that the material does not react to the spray. Follow instructions of the spray.
  • After use, brush/ wipe sand, mud and dust off the shoes, also from the inside. As the shoe dries, the dirt hardens and may break the surface material.
