The #CONNECTWITHCOLORS competition is organized by Halti Oy.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

During the period from 6th September (10 AM) to 3rd October, 2021, all Internet users aged 18 or over will be given the opportunity to participate in this competition as described below. If the people depicted are minors, the contestant warrants that he/ she has provided the information and requested consent to the processing of personal data from the parent or guardian of the child.

To participate, contestants must take a photo or make a video representative of the #connectwithcolors theme. Users must publish on their public Instagram profile a photo or video with the tag @haltiworld and the hashtag #connectwithcolors. It is possible for a single user to upload multiple different photos and/ or videos.

Photos/videos without the hashtag and tag will not be taken into consideration for the purposes of the competition, and the user’s profile and post must also be public. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in the contest.

By submitting a picture to the competition, you declare that you have the right to use material and its dissemination and does not infringe anyone's copyright or other intellectual property rights. The picture must be of good taste.

By accepting the regulations, the contestant authorizes the publication and use of the images (name and nametag) sent for participation in the competition and in all communications (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Online and other communication channels) related to the competition in the ways that Halti Oy deems appropriate.

The winners will be contacted on Instagram within 5 days of the award and must accept the prize within 5 days after being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted, or their acceptance is not valid (by way of example, for failing to reply within the required time and manner), the prize will be awarded to the reserve.

All prizes will be delivered to addresses within Europe and prizes at stake shall in no way be converted to cash. Halti reserves the right; in the event the prizes are unavailable to provide an equivalent Pallas prize of equal value with similar characteristics.
