Our products have a 1 year warranty for material and manufacturing defects.
You can trust Halti's quality and the fact that you can use the purchased item during both longer and shorter trips in the future. In the event of defects, we take responsibility for our products!
According to our general complaint policy, all our products have a one-year warranty for material and/or manufacturing defects starting from the day of purchase. If you notice a defect, contact the seller, i.e. the Online Store's customer service or the store where you purchased the item, as soon as possible. Customer service will give you instructions. If the complaint is found to be justified, we will fix or exchange the product or refund the price of the product to the customer. A receipt or a copy of an account statement serves as a warranty certificate and as a receipt for the paid amount. You don't have to have a receipt, but it helps to clarify the issue and ensures that you will be refunded for the actual amount you paid. In case you don't have a proof of purchase, the store is responsible for refunding the lowest possible selling price of the product in the store. The retailer can refund the product with a gift certificate.

Complaints about products purchased from the Online Store should be sent to our customer service by email at: info@halti.fi or by phone at: 09-8520 8288. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
To speed up the processing of complaints, please include the following information in your message:
- As detailed a description of the problem as possible
- A photograph/photographs of the product
- Order number or a copy of the proof of purchase
- Your contact information
Please reference the following information in your message: Complaint: Order number #XXXX (the order number of your order).
As detailed information of the product and the defect as possible will help us to solve the problem.
We process complaints and other messages in the order they arrive and try to reply as soon as possible. We will contact you for additional information, if necessary.
