A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will send a gift card to your email after completing the purchase. The gift card is valid only at the Halti.com online store and can be used within the EU. You can print a gift card or send it to your friend by email. A gift card can not be combined with promo codes.
Can I exchange a gift card for money?
Unfortunately, a gift card can not be exchanged for money.
It is possible to use a gift card part in parts?
Yes, you can use the gift card partially. If you have 100€ in a gift card and want to purchase for 50€ so that amount of 50€ would be deducted and rest 50€ you can use later.
How a gift card is used?
The gift card includes an individual code that needs to be added to the shopping cart before finalizing the purchase. Notice, that gift cards purchased at Halti.com are only valid on this site (halti.com) & at the moment we only ship to countries within the EU. Unhelpful. I needed to purchase a €100 gift card for a relation in Finland. After I had completed the purchase in the EU store, I forwarded the gift card to the recipient. A few days later the Halti customer service team cancelled the traction and told me I have to purchase a gift card from the Finnish online store. Isn’t Finland in the EU? Silly. So I didn’t repurchase the gift card.
