Right to return the goods
You need to get the Returns back to us within 28 days from the date of delivery of your order. We always offer a free return (see more about Return method by Country below about exceptions to this).
We cannot offer refunds on underwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
In Halti.com online store, we are unable to change products' sizes. You will have to return the wrong sized product and then place a new order in our store.
How to make a return?
1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
2. Please email Xtrem Global's customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the returns label, once the returns label has been sent to you by Xtrem Global, print it and attach it to your parcel, covering your address label.
3. Xtrem Global will provide you with further instructions, and by following the given instructions your return process will be seamless and more successful.
A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days you returning and us processing it, with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system. You will receive an email when this has happened; from this it’s up to 7 days to show in your bank statement, this is dependent on your bank's processing time.

Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Xtrem Global or Halti will not refund the incurred return costs if your country is not listed above.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Send your return to the address below.
