One of the Halti team members is Ida Kronholm, an experienced ultramarathon athlete.

Ida has competed in dozens of ultra distance competitions in the arctic hills of Sweden and in the Alps. Her greatest achievements include the 119 km Lavaredo Ultra Trail, the 103 km Dolomite Extreme Trail, as well as the CCC 101, which is part of the World Tour. This year Ida is planning to compete in the 166 km Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc, one of the toughest trail running competitions in the world.

Ida is in charge of Team Nordic Trail Finland and is coaching trail running groups in Pietarsaari, Vaasa and the Helsinki region. She is also a trained wilderness guide and spends most of her time outdoors. She loves all forms of exercise, including canoeing, downhill skiing and Telemark skiing. In addition to this, Ida is also a patron of the Project Liv charity organisation, and she wants to use her ultra distance running to raise awareness for children and youth with chronic illnesses.

Ida wears Halti clothes because they are effortless, practical and lightweight, and she is also part of the development team for the Halti Multisport range. Ida recommends Halti running clothes because they are comfortable and suitable for windy conditions as well as light rain.
