Kalle Leinonen, Newschool Skier

Kalle Leinonen is a 20-year-old freeskier from Ylöjärvi, Finland. For Kalle skiing has been a passionate hobby ever since he was a small child and it became somewhat more serious in 2005, as Kalle was selected to represent Finland in the halfpipe world championships in Ruka, Finland. Since then Kalle has been travelling around the world in search of best pipes and parks.

Kalle gained success and for the past three years he has had the pleasure of working with Halti. In the 09-10 season Halti brought out Kalle's signature collection for the first time and the both parties have been more than proud of it. Unfortunately, during the ongoing season Kalle has had to struggle with a knee injury.
